Hi guys, recently I bought gopro 6 and when for a trip. Captured 160gb worth of video in 4k 60 fps but sadly can't even play or edit on my ancient laptop lol.

So,

Thinking of going all out to buy my very first time desktop which can last me 4-5 years?

Budget: RM 10k
Purpose: Video editting, photo editting, gaming
Reuse hardware: none. the budget should include all things such as monitor, casing, mouse, keyboard, wifi, speaker, windows etc
Monitor: can support 4k and maybe 27 inch and above?
Games: light to medium games such as fifa, dota 2, torchlight, football manager.
Personal preferences: good cooling system. Because both my laptop have very terrible cooling that will always turn off itself due to overheat while playing dota2. So I want to feel what it like to have a good cooling pc lol.
