Seems just beside Chngkat View condo..
There is a lot of Changkat View condo going for RM450 to 480psft.. Some lelong unit going for RM400k for 1000sqft unit.. Anysifu mind sharing why Changkat View is doing not so well? or memang the pricing of that area is like this? |

edited: the 12 blks in map 2016 should be typo mistake. 698 units was the original submission for total units for verdana 1 which is completed, and remainder of brdb land which is not yet developed. my mistake i thought this will be aset kayamas project location.
seems somebody (maybe brdb) bought the triangle shaped land next to jalan segambut which is also for road widening actually. the future brdb project should have dual access to dutamas and jalan segambut-mont kiara. This post has been edited by A.B.D.: Aug 14 2017, 01:44 PM |
