300k is not affordable for alot of ppl.... hence why the complaints wont stop... 100k-200k is only consider affordable... must come with 3 rooms...

Only work harder and education can change this situation, cannot always wait people to feed. For what I see now we are moving backward, developer build low quality and high density house, living conditions and traffic become worst

well thats the general mentality... i am also surprise when i look at the feedback from others for those rumawip, rumah selangorku.... 300k rumah mampu tgk aje.... 200k baru la mampu milik... alot of them not willing to sacrifice more than 30% of their salary for a house... but rather spend it on their cars modification and stuffs....

yeah susah.... what to do... mentality.... blame others for goreng the price... but when offer affordable housing... critic pulak.... they are the one susah anyway....
