Went to the sale office today...
Smallest unit 760sf, all units with NO balcony (new rule from DBKL?) Maintenance fee RM0.37 psf...OMG 20% unit reserved for BUMI and all unit number already confirmed (new rule from DBKL?) They choose better color tones and out-stand other new projects launched about same time. dun become another Henge It makes it look a bit "atas" with higher perceived value despite being low density.. looks similar to Dua Manjalara, which has vy confined area of facilities Functionality/internal build should be ok, not common to have what The Henge had experienced...
