If anyone has experienced in this, After my condo unit is rented out, the security personnel is blocking me from using condo facilities such as the gym and pool. Read somewhere that tenancy agreement *transfers ownership or rights to use facilities to the tenant. But does it prohibit usage of facilities by the owners ?
Thoughts anyone ? thanks ....

thanks nookie, kumhoo, Was wondering what other forummers encountered/experience with their condos for the same situation. Wish my JMB gives some leeway for usage of facilities, not that we're going to abuse it.

For my case specifically, I still have an access card, and can enter the gym (or other facilities for example). But the security guard will come and *mildy* harass me saying owners of tenanted units can't come and use the facilities. I'm not being judgmental, but feels like they are just demonstrating their power as security guards to have control over residents & owners.
For now, It is not a rule gazetted by the JMB and is not on any notice / rule book. Am trying to seek clarification from the JMB but no replies yet.
