you can register yourself as visitor. ask the tenant to company you and show his resident card when register to use the facilities. House rules usually allow each resident to bring 4-6 visitors /quests. JMB/MC can lower the number of quests but need to go thru agm/egm but i don't think owners will agreed as this will affect them too eg fren, children and relatives visiting them. however the above is only applicable to weekday only . weekend not allow quests to use facilities.

some condo require to show resident card (with photo) not the access card. some need both
low end condo maybe still ok to use old remain card to use facilities .
some condo will cancel old remaining access card/resident card when tenant apply to move in and show them the tenancy agreement. move in/ move out have to apply in advance

some condo also limit total number of cards, usually 2 cards for larger room, 1 card for small room. most time, tenant will apply to the max.
