Xbox Live Membership AUTO renewal!?, need help urgent...

I applied for a XboxLive monthly membership yesterday and I just realized that it will automatically update each month using the same credit card.
Is this true? I mean I won't have time to play Live for the next few month so paying it will be a waste. I tried to find an option to cancell this but unfortunately I can't do so.
Should I contact the XboxLive community or is there any way to stop this?

munky, sorry not purposely want to correct you but clicking that "cancel my service" will guide you to a help window, and that window will tell you to call MS
