You can try test driving the BRV or HRV to have a general feel of it. They use the same engine and transmission, just that it may not be exact as Honda have different tuning for different cars despite using the same hardware.

If you want a car that can "leisurely" go uphill, you need bigger displacement engine, try the new optima turbo then.
