Eating too much of gluten also cause me the same symptoms.
I op for soya milk, I don't fancy cheese but it's difficult for me not to eat butter. Eating out is a big problem too.
The best solution for me is eat less but eat more on food or drinks that contain good bacteria like Lactobacillus,
my favorite choice is fermented food and kimchi and sometimes cultured milk like vitagen so that it'll
help to boost up my digest system.
Caffeine problem was due to my acid reflux problem but it has gone because I totally cut off coffee
