I don't know if the engine tuning really makes a big difference but for me my old car 4AGE engine if I pump 97 the car have much more power then when I pump 95

Don't know why other countries can do it but Malaysia can't. Just like our neighboring country Thailand the fuel price are free float and the further away you are from the refinery or city center the costlier and even the station next to each other the price are not the same
