not hard and dry like others

but too much kutu in the rice

FDA does not specifically said the brown rice is much worse than white rice

brown rice only wont have reduction of arsenic even after washing compared to white rice

but then washing the rice reduce a lot of nutrients on the whites, while the brown loss is very little

eat other type of food, or else stick back to white rice.

so virtually brown have more arsenic as washing it will not reduce the arsenic level.

while can reduce after wash... except u will not wash ur white rice.
