I' m selling off my properties which is drag about 4 months now

Just now lawyer called and say the cheque (balance after sell off) has been sent or prepare to lawyer office.

Since I at Johor now, and the prop is in N9, lawyer say buyer wan me to courier the key to lawyer office so buyer can see the property.

So, should I send the key to the lawyer or not? Is there anything need me to aware off?

just sold off my property. Please follow the spa condition about handling over the key. It should mentioned there.
