I' m selling off my properties which is drag about 4 months now

Just now lawyer called and say the cheque (balance after sell off) has been sent or prepare to lawyer office.

Since I at Johor now, and the prop is in N9, lawyer say buyer wan me to courier the key to lawyer office so buyer can see the property.

So, should I send the key to the lawyer or not? Is there anything need me to aware off?
