Wah I saw they have good crowd..serious buyers? like BRE said 1.28mil is really not cheap. Market now may be either go cheap or go expensive

Yesterday got bout 30-40% booked. Not exactly red hot chili pepper. Looks like management has to improvise to push more sales.

Any idea will there be anything to be build on the land between ecohill and eco majestic? is that a reserved forest?

Think also bc it's particially surrounded by empty land.. No one really knows what is gonna be built there..

Those nearby kampung land not easy to develop, whereas plantation land is easier. I suspect the reason for Gloris poor sales is due more to pricing issue, or perhaps due to a certain extent the house layout.

SA told me the 1 1/2 storey bungalow units all fully booked.

Only left the 1 storey bungalow.

But land size is small, 4800sf2.

Yup, 1.5 storey bungalow more popular due to facing Oriental Garden. But this type only 16 units available out of total 75 units launched on that day.

Land size for 1.5 storey bungalow is 52x105 = 5460sf, whereas for the 1 storey is 52x90 = 4680sf.

Bu is 3273sf, gross price 1.638M. Rebate 3% plus the usual freebies by SPS.
