It won't be. Burnley asked for 12M but only received 6.5M for Ings who at the time already had tons of senior appearances including numerous PL goals and even has an England cap. Solanke only made 1 senior appearance for Chelsea and didn't even feature for England's senior team. The fact that he won Player of the Tournament for U20 WC won't change a thing because status-wise he is way below Ings when we signed him. I suspect it will be 4-5M max.

That's not necessary in this situation. You don't have to account for market inflation when you already have Chelsea's asking price.

Ings' tribunal fee was about 50% of Burnley's asking price at the time. So logically it will again be roughly 50% of Chelsea's current asking price.
