If FSG is not willing to spend big then they should at least have the guts to fire all the scouts and then hire better scouts from clubs like Porto/ Dortmund / atletico Madrid etc.

January window: Couldn't find the "right players". No signing. Hence, that January disaster.
Summer window: Found the right players, but still not willing to spend.

Everton apparently have agreed a deal with Sunderland to sign Jordan Pickford for 30M pounds.

22M up front and 8M add on depends on how successful they will be.

So I guess it's 22M then.

He is English, all you need to know. United had their little experiment with Jones and Smalling. Occasionally shows their brilliance but by and large far too inconsistent and average which is typical of English players in general. They smarten up and signed 2 foreign CBs for the future.

I think the schedule looks quite good for us.

Top teams are spread throughout and December we have a lot more home games.

Wow. 7 league games in december. Plus cup ties, it's gonna be football overload.
