Lucky for me, I'm too sensitive with aircond, Always sneezing when the aircond directed to my body and further more. The designer don't even design how to close the aircond vent

Send mine to SC at 9.5k, although the sticker mention 11k but my car is already at 6month which mean need to service even the mileage is below the recommended mile age.

Yesterday morning sent to COSE, waiting news from them, said need do inspection/investigation first only see whether it's covered by Proton or claim my insurance ... I told them your case, screenshot and let them see that it's not an isolated case... however my cars symptom is an On/Off not as apparent as yours.

It's better if you sent your car to COSE, from what I heard the new Iriz/Persona/Saga, Service Dealer are not yet well equiped and trained to handle troubleshooting/inspection, dismantle and replacement, you are putting the new car as a training tool for them , and it will take longer time at dealer as to they need to go back-and-forth to COSE also, and most problably they had request to COSE to sent a "Highly Technical Personel" to the Dealer Service to handle your case... that's what they told me...

less than 1400km in 6 month

500?? mine drive side mirror kana bang also from opposite direction... totally crash into pieces, luckily just side mirror only, the body still ok... so i change mine(ori one from proton) for 400(include rm 50 for labor)

No. RPM only suppose to be in 0 if you mati engine.
Except if your car is hybrid or electronic or got start stop function.

just turn of the engine..pull out the key and twist the steering a bit and it will engage the locking mechanism..im not sure about premium tho

engine stopped, try to move steering left, right & not locking

For Premium, the steering by right can't be move to the left or right once engine stopped.
Might need to check with SC on that.
