I also use Trapo mat, but I purchase the whole piece to DIY, only RM160.

I agree the brake is so so, but I think you are still not use to the brake pedal of this new persona. I know some car just need press little on pedal to brake, the persona need press deeper but the grip if good enough. Or you can try to adjust the brake pedal to higher position.

FC will be improve after 1st and 10k service, I can maintain 12km/L for 100% city drive and 15km/L for highway.
