Sigh..... I am now experiencing rattling at the back. Suspecting coming from the rear dashboard.

Yeah. It produces plastic-alike sounds even when I am turning.

For my case (mine is April promotion, the first month they do 5 years free service with no additional cash rebate), after I picked up the car, my SA told me that a cert (but it is a just a paper with multiple voucher stamp) will be given later. I got my cert about almost a month later if I recall but managed to collect it before my 1000 km service interval.

They will stamp at the relevant voucher value when you do your service (Each voucher have different value as per service interval). The service covers all that is stated in the scheduled maintenance (Engine Oil - Semi Syn, Oil Filter, Labour etc.). I am not sure about special case like brake pad wear and tear section.

Do note for the Engine Oil, they give semi-syn for free. If you want to upgrade to Fully-syn, you will need to top-up.

Wow. Is the price really right? I am curious and pulled out all my free 5 years maintenance vouchers to see if I need to top up. Seems like there is a price reduction for the service across the board. Hopefully they dont give less quality items just to cut cost...
