Sigh..... I am now experiencing rattling at the back. Suspecting coming from the rear dashboard.
If we go to SC to have it checked and fixed, does it incur cost to me since I got the car like 2 months back?

QUOTE(Maxwell6635 @ Jun 14 2017, 10:37 AM) Yeah. It produces plastic-alike sounds even when I am turning.

QUOTE(sheahann @ Jul 4 2017, 09:43 PM) Hi Guys. How to know is ur persona is 5years free service? Based on the service booklet? Or there's some cert to indicate its 5 yrs free service. BY free service mean everything from EO to labor charge is free rite. Basically five year no need pay single cent at service center. Am I rite." For my case (mine is April promotion, the first month they do 5 years free service with no additional cash rebate), after I picked up the car, my SA told me that a cert (but it is a just a paper with multiple voucher stamp) will be given later. I got my cert about almost a month later if I recall but managed to collect it before my 1000 km service interval. They will stamp at the relevant voucher value when you do your service (Each voucher have different value as per service interval). The service covers all that is stated in the scheduled maintenance (Engine Oil - Semi Syn, Oil Filter, Labour etc.). I am not sure about special case like brake pad wear and tear section. Do note for the Engine Oil, they give semi-syn for free. If you want to upgrade to Fully-syn, you will need to top-up. This post has been edited by chrono7: Jul 4 2017, 10:11 PM

QUOTE(cktang @ Jul 24 2017, 06:10 PM) Im still following this thread but seldom and lazy to post..anyway received sms from proton just now..new pricing for service schedule.. http://www.proton-edar.com.my/pdf/service-...vice%20Menu.pdfThe timing belt change only by 110,000 km? But much cheaper ady, my old persona changed by 80k km last time rm800±+ not included oil change and other services.. Wow. Is the price really right? I am curious and pulled out all my free 5 years maintenance vouchers to see if I need to top up. Seems like there is a price reduction for the service across the board. Hopefully they dont give less quality items just to cut cost...
