Just want to get some opinion as this is first house,

Do you think this unit is suitable for investment purpose? Given that location. Price is really attractive given with that 1025 sqft for rm481k.

For own stay ok.

But dont think is viable for investment cited there are too many highrise around the area include those under-con / yet to launch project.

I went to the area before as I used to stay in Setapak.
The place is actually closer to Jalan Gombak, rather than Setapak per se.
Setapak I meant places like Jln Genting Klang, Danau Kota, Air Panas there.

For own stay might be better, as closed to school, amenities, etc.
But for investment, might not be so great, as many nearby high-rise development, including few RumahWIP projects along Jalan Gombak,
