Women get spotting or light discharge as an early sign of pregnancy.

Did you get period last month?
Did you have unprotected sexual intercourse after your last period?

Otherwise, it could be just hormonal changes, hence, normal.

No, I am definitely not pregnant, I never had any sexual intercourse, so pregnancy is out of the question

I got period last month, all normal until yesterday..

But is it really a normal hormonal change? Was it smthg wrong maybe with my diet/lifestyle?

*anyway, thanks for the reply but..I thought this forum no guys allowed?

First of all, I'm a female.

Yes, hormonal change can trigger slight period.
For example, certain foods which encourage production of oestrogen. It can be simply something working inside your body. So, nothing to be worried about, unless you have continuous pain in the uterus.

Hello,

My period has been okay until today.
There was some blood so I thought "ok I got period"
and then after that no blood at all, just some brown spots
My stomach cramp is veeryyy sliiight, like just can feel a bit but not bothering at all

This is first time I experience this, can anyone enlighten me?
I asked my mom she said normal, but then I asked my sister she said that is abnormal, when I google, the anwers are mostly say : "because you are pregnant", which I totally am not pregnant for sure

Some result also said "talk to your doctor" but of course, I do not have money to go to the doctor as it could cost hundreds of ringgit, hence I am asking here.

Hope I can get some replies!  thank you! notworthy.gif

I think you might have hormonal issue. So see your gynae as soon as posible.

I have the same problem like you too. My period for this month has delay for more than 15 days. I'm comfirm that I'm not pregnant (no sexual intercourse), hence I went to see my gynae. She performed scanning on my tummy and she told me there is a small clogging in my tiub and it is blocking the release of ovum thats why the period will never happen. She took my blood sample to check if it is cancerous. Hopefully everything is fine.

If only one month its pretty normal...usually its due to stress, sudden changes to lifestyle/food. Also happened to me 2-3 times, both month i was under huge stress. But the following month back to normal. Unless your period diden come for many months and confirmed not pregnant than only visit doc. Dont worry smile.gif Eat healthy, exercise and if possible do yoga. Lotsa yoga poses helps to regulate periods and helps combat period pains.

It's normal. Our body changes from time to time. Lots of things can affect our hormones. Stress, lifestyle, diet, sick, change in anything in your life. Sometimes we don't even notice that we are under stress.

My cycle used to be very stable and then poof, hormonal imbalance. Females are child bearing age also tend to get ovarian cyst and these sometimes messes with our hormones as well. If you can afford it, please do go see a gynae. Or go to the government clinic if you have access to one nearby. It's much cheaper than private ones I'm sure.

And also ice water. a lot of website says this pantang larang is a myth but for me and many of my friends, drinking cold things during period will cause cramps, if not the current period in the next period. when it comes to things related to lady health, i trust first hand experience advice better.
