anyone having problem when charging their DS?

When charging, the charge light will go on and off, on and off, but at the end of the day my DS still can be charged. But I didn't check how long it take to fully charge since I usually let it charge overnight. But I'm sure it's more than 3 hours.

Same thing also if I'm playing while charging, the screen brightness will become brighter for a few secs, then dimmer and then brighter... really damn annoying! doh.gif

I'm using the 220V charger anyway, not the original 110V one that came with the DS, since my seller swap it with the 220v one. Not sure it's original or not, but it looks exactly the same like the 110V one.

I'm not sure if it's the battery problem or the charger problem, since I don't have any spares to test sad.gif

Seemed like a charger prob at first, but when you described screen dimming, I have no idea what's wrong with it sad.gif

I think its not the charger problem. More like problem with your DS. Considering that your DS light dimmed and brighten when you play and not when you are charging. Take it back to your retailer and highligh this problem to him

no lar... the DS light dimmed and brighten only when I'm charging and playing at the same time. So I suspect either it's the battery or the charger.

had a really horrible experience surveying the price of DSes at Sg Wang today. it's like every shop was just out to rip me off 1 way or another.

i asked for the "packaged" sets. each shop tells me all sorts of cock stories. diff power adapter need to add money la, diff versions of the R4 card effects the price. like wtf la. i can easily update it myself. like that also need to add money ah?!

Sg Wang is seriously a f***ed up place to get gaming stuffs i tell u. i was quoted from RM880-RM850 for the packaged sets while just the console only, RM450-RM550 (even these i have to worry if they're recon sets or not). can you guys tell me how much u guys bought urs, packaged sets or not, so i can roughly estimate how much it's really worthed?
