Any comment on this Manulife Prime? Any manulife insurance agent here can explain?

It looks competitive as it covers the whole family, i.e. parents and the children.

a) With Full allocation on Insurance Premium paid from Policy Year 1 onwards, what does the agent earns and why bother to sell this plan?

b) For any covered critical illness event, the Insurance Premium will be waived up to 10th policy year. If only get CI after 10th year, what is the point of this 10 years waiver only?
