Insurance is never FREE unless it's a charity.

Most likely it's just an extension of your policy from 90 to 100 years provided you have sufficient money to pay for it. Otherwise it's just letting you know that you can renew up to 100 years old but whether you can afford it later on or not is subject to ur bank account.

For better clarification you can always call up the insurance number hotline to ask because I rarely see any agent from that company in here.
