My parents are teachers. They claim that all medical fees are subsidied 90% by the insurance. I read through the policy and found an annual limit of RM100,000 only, after which the fees are not subsidised.
Is it how I understand it is?

QUOTE(lifebalance @ Jun 8 2017, 11:47 PM) Yes correct Hi lifebalance, You will have to pay co insurance of 10% or not more than RM1000 per claim Annual limit is 100k lets say something happened, and we claimed RM100k for the year. Can we renew the insurance for the following year, or can the group insurance reject our application? |

I'm going to work in Singapore soon.
im currently on one of the investment-linked insurance plan. Will I still be covered for hospitals in Singapore? According to my agent, I can still claim for oversea medical expenses as long as it is within 90 days. Is it true? |

QUOTE(ckdenion @ Sep 5 2017, 11:39 PM) If not mistaken certain plan can have cashless claim in singapore. From Allianz and AIA (need AIA and Allianz agent to clarify). Normally, overseas treatment expenses claims is on reimbursement basis and it must be 90 days from the date of departure to overseas What is meant by cashless claim? So if I don't have the cash with me, I can't get treatment in Singapore? hmm..... |

My friend/agent decided to straight up quit the insurance industry...
She will be transferring my policy to her mom, who is also an insurance agent, though I have never met her. Question: Is this recommended ? Or should I be looking for other friends who I can trust, and can serve me for life? Thank you. This post has been edited by strategist: Nov 27 2018, 09:06 AM |
