Is there any insurance plan for protection against fire or theft for which the premium can be paid via AMEX card during the weekend ?

How much would a premium cost for a lady who’s 66 y old , with past history of diabetes , hypertension and cardiac bypass surgery ? For Medical card purposes.

How do I decide how much to pay monthly for death cover, CI and TPD and personal accident cover ? I already have death and TPD cover for RM 300K . I am more interested in CI cover. So am planning to get another insurance cover to cover these including CI. So, again, how do I decide how much to pay monthly? What details do u guys need?
