Hi. I was told that I needed a medical card - I don't have any.

36 y.o, non smoker, female, working in an office, healthy (just gone through med check up, full 2 months ago).

i am looking for a card that rewards healthy policy holder - just to motivate myself, up to 90 years old, at the lowest cost possible. i don't mind having r&b coverage for min amount.

recommendations?
