Complain/dispute against super7, Incorrect/fake harddisk lifespan

not sure how. he seems to know around altering hdd info. i guess that should be it.
last time he accuse me changed board serial etc. while the hdd itself not even working, not spinning up.
not to mention, he sent me different hdd brand other than promised which is seagate, instead of WD.

since im in a hurry, really need replacement hdd quick and cheap, i didnt bother much as long as it work.
tried other pc, no luck as well. although 1 pc detected it as 4gb hdd, but cant even partition or format it as the hdd itself not even spinning.
the right thing for ts to do is, you should return the hdd, and get a full amount.
the reason is as simple as "product is not as advertised", seller has nothing to lose as he get the product back. right?
while my case,. im still demanding/waiting for refund since last year. no luck yet.
