Date of transaction: 17 February 2017

Details of the complaint : super7 contacted me via whatsapp offering a WD blue 500gb harddisk for sale. I requested for a crystaldisk screenshot to check the harddisk "Power On Hours". super7 send me a screenshot of the crystaldisk via his number 0166117166 on whatsapp. The power on hours written on the screenshot is 840 hours.

When i got back from the deal, I immediately booted up the harddisk and checked it again with crystaldisk. The real power on hours reported was almost "17000" and not "840 hours" as claimed by the seller

Since you refuse to admit you cheated/mislead me by modifying the picture to look like the harddisk has low usage, i am going to request for moderator to give you a dispute tag and reveal your details on this thread.

Modifying and faking the "power on usage" to make it look like the harddisk is very new is not called cheating???? If I know this harddisk has this much usage, I wont even pay the RM1XX to you lah idiot.

Let everyone see your real nature. No need refund me, consider my gift to bad shitty cheapskate people like you. Not worth my time but I sure as hell gonna make sure you are never gonna trade here ever again.

For your info, my brother lamer2000 pmed you because i was outstation. So no need bring him into the dispute. This is between me and you. Dont try to divert the issue here

Nop, no refund or any further reply from him. He is ignoring my whatsapp messages. The other forumer he cheated last year also seem to have no luck in getting him to refund. Beware of this guy

Super7, you have been given 3 days to comply to my request to take down all of your defamation post against me failing which a defamation police report would be lodged against you.

Scammer super7 has resorted to posting my details as revenge/retaliation due to him being given a dispute tag and me alerting people to his scamming activity.

I've screenshot all of your defamation post at lowyat as well at the chinese website. This would be passed to my lawyer for a case to be build against you. I would not hesitate to take legal action to defend myself.

I would be lodging a complain with the relevant bank as I believe you have connection to people in Maybank to obtain my personal details and phone numbers which are private details. Posting it on a public domain constitute a violation of the MCMC act

Police report lodged against "super7" @ Wong Ming Fei. I given you chance to delete your defamatory posting on all the website but you continue to post slanderous material even after you cheated me on the deal. For your info, the harddisk you sold to me is now sitting in my drawer as I have bought another new harddisk. No point trying to get a refund from you.

I hope the moderator Apis_LuaLua would help me clean up the thread by removing my name and details posted by "super7" on this #2 post https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4199640# and on his signature
