Any sifus can help? recently a customer asked me like how to get a piece of property around 600k without arousing the tax guys. I think his personal tax doesnt declare much?

LoL... good luck la if he under declare or did not declare his income
property u need to pay stamp duties or something to the govt, and the amount reflects the prop price |

there's no running away from tax man if his income cannot support the purchase
I would suggest that he get some of his working family members or friends to co sign the loan then it will not be so suspicious |

well of course he needs to declare but with someone else to co sign for the loan he don't need to declare so much that's it
Unless he use a proxy to buy the property for him and then change it to his name but that is more work |
