This should not considered as cyberjaya. It leasehold unlike other cyberjaya props and at the border before puchong n cyberjaya comes with crazy high tension cables. From day one it couldnt sell and lucky enough to complete. No way near amenities there. Jialat. N good luck

Another unit available at cheap enough price? At least is smaller size and no need pay so much maintenance fees.

Who would want to live there. Highway here, highway there, yet to get to E20 takes 15 minutes. I would rent for like 800RM max. Too bad for those who bought it

This place is a gone case I guess. Developer bankrupt. Anyway, lelong unit sold at dirt cheap price. 1642sqft unit sold at 266K. Single bidder grab it.

I also have no idea who think it's a good idea to get a property at that location. It must be one with loads of cashback or high commission to sell. Some guru will gladly promote.
It's at a location not inside cyberjaya, and even if it's just on the border, it's not convenient at all going in and out of the development. Buying at cyber valley is much better than this.

why here eh? is it dirt cheap?
i think as many unit lelong, and many owner also in bad shape wont keen to pay maintenance fee.
doubt the condo is in good shape.
i know for rental isn't so crucial, but then again this condo smack in between 2 highway with limited accessibility. think gonna be like dead will little or no activities.... if that what you looking for then good lo
