Note: how do you get a copy of this...
1. Go to TM point
2. get a number and wait for your turn.
3. ask them "May I have a copy of number of reports that I've made?"
Note: if they don't understand, say you want "ICOMS Case list for my streamyx"
4. Tell them your login ID, Bla bla bla... (no need @screamyx)
5. They will print it out for you.
6. Viola, please scan it and post it there.
Please post the image here....

Then its your distance from the point to your house. Even with the cable box? near your house, it wont help even.. just like mine. And for TM, its time for them to relay the copper wires and some optics throughout Malaysia, rather spending so much money on beautify your HQ building and its surrounding.

what modem u r using?
coz my bro also face frequent disconnection problem, especially at night. his modem is wireless belkin. then he tried my aztech dsl600e, seems ok oredy.. now i'm using his belkin, but without any problem.. fyi, my bro alwez get 60.xx ip n i alwez get either 219/218.xx ip.. weird....

I am using IMAX DSL600E
Similar to Aztech DSL600E

The only problem is i used 3 different routers and still gets disconnection problem. one is LinkSys and DLink.

My problem is disconnection every 30~50 minutes.
Night time around 8~10pm is even worse.
Morning also around 9~10 am...
So, tell me what is my problem?
I know it has something to do with my SNR and Line attenuation.

How far DSLAM exchange from my house?
I have no idea but my neighbour had been surfing the net with no problem but now he is facing slow internet, speed test gave out DL 130kbps and UL 230kbps results under 512 package.

is above parameter for your neighbor? holy crap, the margin is super low!!
ok, seems that the attenuation is very very very very high, that answers why u get a lot of dc.

but if ur neighbour didnt get dc even he gets high attenuation, i suspect your cable is faulty. modem is not the case here, seems u already changed it 3 times.

fyi, i aslo get dc-ed every 5-10 minutes a couple of months ago. then i ask the tm technician (not tmnet one) to check my cable. he came to my house, tracing the cable from the box (as shown in your pics) to my house. he rewired the cable (not rewired actually, just reconnect the wire from my house to the ones at the box using a connector (black in colour)). after that, no more dc.

They had done every single thing...
And still get the problem...!!!
Rewiring? 3 months old cable needs rewiring?
WTF?

The cable now looks like an exhaust pipe... going to make another snapshot tomorrow.

I've made a cable just for screamyx...!

So, I am mumbling...
I am afraid that the "Ibu Sawat" TM Net exceeds 4.5KM from my house...
