I have two not working Notebook to let go.

1) Asus A42J Intel Pentium. 1x1GB Hynix Ram + 1x2GB Corsair Ram. No HDD. Problem LCD small part black dot Left bottom. and Bootable but Auto shutdown at times.

2) Compaq Presario CQ41. AMD. 2x2GB Ram (one of them kingston) No HDD. Not bootable. LCD should be fine tho.

Issues: Does not boot. The laptop turns on (backlit keyboard lights up and battery also got blinking like normal). Receives power from charger. But nothing comes on display. IPS Display is 100% working. The technician says got water damage.
