Lenovo ideapad 700

-Intel® Core™ i5-6300HQ
-GTX950M 4GB
-15 inch IPS panel
-12GB DDR4 sodiim RAM (Corsair)
-Body has scratches and some cracks and some missing screws
-Storage 1TB (I need to backup first before format)
-Battery 4-5 hours on movie. 2.5 hours heavy browsing chrome.
- All ports functional

Issues: Does not boot. The laptop turns on (backlit keyboard lights up and battery also got blinking like normal). Receives power from charger. But nothing comes on display. IPS Display is 100% working. The technician says got water damage.
