W10 can't turn off laptop

Dear all, I m using lenovo z50. Ytday notice when I clicked shut down on my laptop... It will always restart... Didn't notice any update on software....
Any ideas what wrong?

if you open command prompt and type shutdown -s -t 01 and press enter does it do a shutdown or restart?

then somehow something must have changed on your desktop side. Do you remember since when this started?
If its not too long ago and it happen only after you install something then do a system restore to the point before you install that program and see if the issue is fixed

Should be few mth already, as noted battery always not on full bar as I connect to AC all the time. Could b auto started without I realize

in-place upgrades most likely have issues. big or small. just do a clean install and it should go away.
