TS, your workout philosophy fluctuates, you started from going heavier than you could sustain over long period, whereby your form and muscle and mind connection suffers.
In btw, you flipfloping between going heavier and lighter without a clear progression.
Last I read, you going light with higher volume, I assumed you have improved your form and managed an injury free sustainable workout right now.
May I know your actual progress since the start of your thread and throw us some figures on your progress otherwise your journal is lacking facts.
What is your 2017 Vs current weight, Neck, shoulder, chest, biceps, hip, thighs measurements will give a good yardstick to the effectiveness of your workouts.
Btw, how much proteins you consume on a daily basis.
Hello there bro. You are right about the fluctuations in philosophy, it was due to a change in career which totally change my life around 2019, and along with it, the priority of workouts. So instead of consistently being stronger, I am on more of a 'bodybuilding' routine, despite not actually strong enough.
I will look to do measurements; waist definitely makes a lot of gains. I am confident upper body has improved too, but lower body is probably stagnant or reduced since my active days as double knee injuries don't help. I haven't been tracking my intake honestly, just finish my protein on the plate and take whatever carb I think is necessary.
