I engage live chat and was advised need to provide bank details.
I did dispute with live agent site clearly stated "Redemption" and I am not redeeming but to buy fund.
Unsatisfied, I called up the hotline.
An agent picked up "Hello, are you Mr xxx? I am the same person on live chat"
Long story short, send e-mail with screenshot of your bank account details to clienthelp.my@fundsupermart.com to update, done same day.
