just done some changes to my port...
reduced abt 5% of my nomura, split up my Reits added in Greater China
now is abt 47% in Nomura, 16% in Asia Pac, 17% in Reits and 18% in Greater China..
hopefully can sit tight without moving anything else until end of the year.

how come no charge or fees?

last few pages,...some one posted about

Generally there are 2 category:
1. Established tech investment
2. Disruptive tech invest. This is riskier as many in the list have not turn in profit yet or may end up having their tech rejected. There is even a chance companies here will disrupt those in category one.

Best advice : look through factsheet on the list of companies and see which one you comfortable with.

Can I expect my MALAYSIA based portfolio will face a slight pullback in NAV (price) as MCO and EMERGENCY declared?
Hopefully I will pump in more during fall in prices.
Expecting all the unit trust prices' will fall to the worst by FRIDAY.
How about your opinion guys?

Because my exit timing sux I only exit when that fund starts to seriously underperform relative to my other funds in holding. For example, I bought healthcare in April and sold on September when I start to see it underperform. Today looking back, the one year return is about half of my lowest equity fund. Meaning if I had kept it, healthcare would have drag my overall portfolio return down.

Just wanna check everyone’s view on their sector preference. What do you think of mine for this year 2021. Top 5

1. Asia ex Japan
2. Greater China
3. Malaysia
4. Global (US focus)
5. Healthcare or Emerging Market
