Hello folks, anyone holding a FSM managed portfolio, or even the direct-with-iFast managed portfolio? I’m now in the process of opening an account for the latter, but couldn’t find anyone to talk about it to get an idea how it’s gonna like before I commit with payment biggrin.gif

if I am not mistaken, FSM managed port and Ifast managed portfolio is not the same

Yep, two separate entities, and I’m opening an account with iFast, not under FSM. But I would love to talk to people with either accounts, to gauge if I should get the one under FSM or iFast

any idea of the portfolio maintenance cost?
are they similar?
I think the initial investment of FSM should be much lower....
benefits of Ifast over FSM??
*
FSM have to pay transaction fee for aggressive portfolio (though I think now got promo 0% fee). Entry cost should be 10k. Sign up ourself through the site

iFast can only enter through an “licensed advisor”, fee is minimum 3k annually, no transaction fee for the aggressive (or other type) portfolio, cost to enter is 20k. The advisor does other things too like a personal financial statement thingy, recommendation for other investment, etc etc

Not sure how many of the features are benefits biggrin.gif

I just bought the same portfolio last week biggrin.gif fortuitous timing, seems like I bought the dip. Also set up RSP for the MP with the 0% subscription fee promotion.

Do u use FPX for RSP. I did the same but dunno how they are going to charge monthly using FPX
*
They will send you invoice I think, and you have to complete it manually. For me, I set to deduct from cash account since I do park money there for quick purchases

1. It is easy to  open an account. Just fill up some details.
2. Once done, u can buy fund. No supporting doc require
3. U can use fpx or top up into cash fund before buy fund. Top up first into cash fund will make transaction faster.
4. First time buyer will get 1 month - 1% transaction sales com. So you can buy fund without incur expensive fees.
5. PM your email so can send you invite for  referral in case you want to have more discount fees. No hard feeling if you want to use or not during registration.

After 2-3 transaction, then you will familiar about the interface. Besides, there is webinar coming next week to teach newbies on how to use.
