Looks like two of the largest economies are going to sailang on each other, so time to park my money elsewhere and stay out of their war...

There is no UT or ETF that tracks s&p500 in Malaysia.

Its protectionist policy to prevent foreign capital outflow.

Q: WHEN WILL MY SELL ORDERS BE TRANSACTED?
A: All sell orders submitted before 3pm on a business day will be transacted on the same day. Orders received after 3pm or on a non business day will be transacted on the next business day.
Due to the historical pricing method used for the Cash Management Fund, the selling price will be based on the NAV of the calendar day immediately before the date of the transaction.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY MONEY?
A: If you sell the Cash Management Fund (which were purchased via cash), the proceeds will be posted to you either by cheque or deposited into your designated redemption account on T+2. Please note that your designated bank might take 1 - 2 business day to clear the cheque.
As the Cash Management Fund’s net interest rate is based on historical pricing, the selling price will be based on the previous calendar day immediately before the date of the transaction.

for those who are panic at the moment , don't be panic, just relax and DCA

in my case, i stopped DCA end of Jan (which is the peak of the bull run since last year), and my current portfolio looks like this

i stopped DCA because i registered as unit trust agent beginning of this year, so all my money DCA to that company

currently holding 7.6k in CMF (entitled 0% sales charge until 30th October), was thinking should i invest or keep the cash at the moment (was thinking keep some cash for stock market).

any discussion are welcome.

there is also bond to consider.

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad
KNKIB 6.400% 18Sep2028 Corp (MYR)

i think property bond is a bit risky .... compare to investment bank

if you want lesser risk, there is also another nice one.

CIMB Group Holdings Bhd
CIMBMK 5.800% Perpetual Corp (MYR)

tuan tuan dan puan puan..

aiyo, my bond lesson give back to teacher d....help me to calculate this...

https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/fsm/bonds/...et/MYBMZ1300078

how to arrive at
MYR 10,756.67
Estimated Payment Amount?

Thank you D=
*
i think i give this math question a try.

buy at 102.761 means RM 10276.1

QUOTE
1. We will include a 3% buffer into the final estimated payment amount when you place the buy order online.

add 3% becomes 10584.38

QUOTE
MYR 157.27 Indicative Accrued Interest
Interest to seller for lost of interest. example: if seller hold for 3 month, you think they will writeoff 3 months interest
10584.38 + MYR 157.27 =10741.65

QUOTE
Processing Fee: 0.5% of nominal value for each corporate bonds buy/sell order; 0.1% of nominal value for each government bonds buy/sell order, subject to a minimum of RM35 (or in its equivalent currency).

10741.65+35 = 10776.35

thats my best try
