I need to see some kind of reversal signal first before top up. Else it will just be wasted if it continues to go down after top up.

I guess it affected REIT more due to higher borrowing costs with higher interest rate.

PRS is for tax reduction purposes usually

I want to invest in Fund A, the minimum initial investment, say RM 500. NAV 0.47 (eg)

I let it ride.

The point is, When monthly NAV goes down to a relevant point, i buy in to dollar cost averaging. When it exceeds the average point, i let it ride.

Meaning you only want to top up if the current NAV is lower than the month before?

Ya sure you can do this. Its important to know that there is actually no right or wrong way to DCA, as long as you average it all out, how you do it is up to you. Some would argue that in an uptrend if you didnt top up, its considered miss opportunity. Because there is no guarantee a pullback will put you in a better entry point than the month before. But as i say, no right or wrong.

Manulife REIT and AHSB continues to slid lower. Not unexpected. Others seem to be recovering nicely now.

Your purchase before 3pm is based on today's price. Which u will get the next day. I think u need to read back FSM FAQ
