I always start off with ring + tango + branches. Then get RoH, and slowly convert it to vanguard with another boot of speed.

After that, I will get max wraiths and upgrade boot to power thread. so I will have thread, vanguard, RoR and 3 wraiths at one stage. Then I will slowly convert wraith to 3rd level items depends on game flow.

This is my way of playing in pubbie game. if playing with friends (with mroe confident and teamwork), I will get thread and damage items as killer.
