Yes. I lost 25+ kg in 6 months. 10 kg in the first month—exactly! That's water weight.

And I keep it in narrow range of plus minus 5 kg for two years since. This is a long game bud. NO SHORTCUTS.

But then if you want to lose weight just for your wedding or reunion or short term, try protein-sparing modified fast.

Start reading some book(let)s. Try Lyle McDonald's.

Yo, is this what you're talking about?

I plan to do this to make weight if all else fails by 11th March. Any experience with it before?

Tat could be just water weight.... Diet down is a marathon, look way far ahead rather than the scale. And u need to track yr calories, without it u will fail eventually. And learn abt nutrition.

Ps: u can go kfc daily and still lose weight if u know yr daily calorie intake. Not tat I recommend to do so, but u need to know yr daily / weekly calorie intake.

I have been research/learning about water weight after my last replied.

So you say my last couple meals of last week exp kfc coke (because of sodium) etc etc make me hold water weight even in that day I'm on a calories deficit right? And i keep drank black coffee all the time, to be honest I hardly drink plain water and maybe I'm not dehydrate enough right.

Thank you so much for this info bafukie, I'm learning new stuff here.

Higher carb intake and high sodium fiid causes water retention which is very normal. U shud at least drink 3l of water everyday, not just during cutting which imo the cheapest easiest but yet so essential thing to do. It is good for general health as well. Like they say, drink more water to lose more water weight
