one VERY stupid thing about humans when it comes to pet keeping is that they assume that PETS would like or must behave like human.
for example, just because we eat 3 times a day that doesn't mean pets need 3 meals a day. case in point, just because it's morally wrong to commit incest that doesn't mean it's wrong for pets to do so. |

QUOTE(BlueHeng @ Jun 23 2007, 04:22 PM) Oh? FYI I did not say pets would act like humans alright? Apparently some people just like to think that they're smart without understanding statement of other people. I'm not talking in terms of moral here. Nobody is. We're just saying that it's not good for hamsters to have inbreeding. And when I said even humans inbreed have totally nothing to do with moral or not. I'm just saying that if some humans have the urge to sleep with their siblings, what more a hamster? Even some humans can't comprehend the downside of inbreeding that's my point. sheesh... I wonder who's stupid now. Yes call me narrow minded whatesover or 'xiao qi', I feel offended. Or don't hammie's instinct tell them that siblings should not breed together. Added on June 23, 2007, 10:02 pm QUOTE(Yunaforever @ Jun 23 2007, 04:31 PM) how could i meant it when it wasn't meant for him in the first place? Added on June 23, 2007, 10:03 pmeh. i said i bought my hammies today - you guys don't want to welcome me to the club ah? have to remind wan meh?
