Hi,

Just bought a BenQ Monitor but the dvi port fail to function, just read through the warranty description in their official website and found out pick-up service for warranty is available.
But who should i call for the pickup? Mentioned in their website to look for BenQ Authorized Service Provider and i found this Are them the guy i need to call for pick up?

Just called them, they will come to pick up tomorrow. Would i received (or shud i request) any proof from them that they has collected my monitor away for warranty?

if the seller did provide the receipt, the receipt is behind the shipment reference paper attached in-front the box

Not inside the little plastic beg with the shipment reference?
The invoice supposedly attached with their shipment references, that's live chat support on their webpage, u shud contact them and request for the invoice if u really need 1
