Long stories short, My parents have few dogs at hometown which quite troublesome for them to take care so many dogs at once.
I plan to taking care 1 of them here , too bad I am staying in shah alam at the moment ( high rise).
I am not allowed to have pets, what about pet friendly condos around PJ? Subang area?

Any suggestions?

I think there was an article posted few months back actually citing the law that it is NOT ILLEGAL per se to keep pets at home (ie dogs, cats etc). They are basically house rules that are not binding.

Unless the JMB/MC is consist of people who are extreme anal, you won't find any problems bringing in pets but you need to do your part as a responsible owner, with that being said.

If you need to know, even if they found out that you have a pet and they wanted to "confiscate" or something, unless you allow them in your property otherwise they cannot enter without a warrant. if they do so, it's trespass. If they do it by force, they will be in a deeper problem. If they found you outside your property however, that's a different story.

If you still need to find a "pet friendly" ones, I know of one in Subang USJ 1, it's called One Avenue Condominium. Although it isn't expressly stated "pet friendly" but no one bothers because most of the residents there have a pet dog =)

I know of some people there who has a few units to let go so if you need one, let me know and I can try to hook both the owner and you up =)

Good luck!

I'm looking at the same problem, and probably read that the rules will be overwrite by city council rules. Thus I may think it is very much dependable on how responsible the pets owner are as well as to have considerate neighbour
