I paid a visit few days ago and it seems the overall sales is good (according to the chart) nearly 3/4 of the units were sold. With HOC and rebates, seems very attractive. Anyone with any advice whether this is worth buying ?

For investment no no for ownstay did they give any additional rebates other than those they gave early this year n last year?

What's the net psf price?

Lead used to have decent Airbnb demand. Fr the rest can forget about any airbnb demand.

Buy this for investment will struggle.

This condo is going to VP very soon. Within walking distance got BKT, kopitiam and many restaurants. The area has been picking up. This Remia will further boost the commercials in the area.

Building facade looks very nice. Floor to height windows.

BUT very far away from the most important facility which is the LRT Station. Other new condo in Klang like the Setia condo is walking distance to LRT station.
