Ambang Botanic 2 is quite an exclusive gated community... I'm sure the residents there (including my in-laws) won't be happy about this

This would probably be the first standalone high end service apartment in klang. You have botanic business gateway shops behind (still slow 70% front rows 20% middle rows) but u have some good dining options across the main road. A pedestrian bridge is a MUST.

Traffic there has built up steadily over the months. There is now considerable congestion coming in from the direct Kesas highway link to the roundabout in most evenings. Most vehicles use this as an alternative entrance into Bandar Botanic and Bukit Tinggi 1 and 2. |
