women driver is unpredictable ,

when women signal for turning,  it have two meaning

1. they telling u to slow down and  make way for her

2. they telling u they are turning and u have to stop NOW

3. they telling u to give way, but she will wait u to pass first

that's why they dont build compact car

V40 is a C-segment like Golf, Focus, 1-series, A-class, not really a compact in comparison to A and B segment like Iriz, Jazz, Fiesta, Polo.

V40 is as small as it gets from a Volvo. Even so, it broke record to be Euro NCAP's safest car in its time. Great job by the Swedes.
