ive got a problem with my dell inspiron 1525 fan. it makes a loud noise when it start to spin,sounds like the fan loosing.fyi its still under warranty but it takes weeks just to get it back from dell, and it just wont solved the problem permanently if changing to the standard fan. i have google bout the problem and it seems that its the fan itself is an issue.

so,is it possible if i change it to other fan but a good one. if yes
